2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address provided. For orders within the United States, we offer competitive rates, and in many cases, we provide free standard shipping for orders over a specified amount. International Shipping: We also ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be provided at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with international shipments.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders placed through ViralHeaterFix are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
Please note that order processing times may vary during peak shopping seasons, such as during holidays, sales, or special promotions.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website. In case you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to the United States and select international destinations. However, certain regions or countries may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations, customs laws, or shipping limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you during the checkout process and offer alternative solutions, such as international forwarding services.
PO Box Addresses: We recommend providing a physical address for shipping, as some carriers may not deliver to PO Box addresses. However, if you do choose to ship to a PO Box, please ensure that the address is correct to avoid any delivery delays.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact number, is entered accurately during checkout. ViralHeaterFix is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
7. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there are occasions when shipments may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. These factors include:

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

If you would like to ship items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Unfortunately, we are not able to combine multiple shipping addresses in a single order at this time.
